| The basic construction is an important period of power generation enterprises, this stage results directly determines whether the power enterprises can achieve the desired security and economic objectives. As the leading position of the party--Power plant investment operation team, how effective means to design, implementation, management and control of the whole process, make it more reasonable, standard, high efficiency, is a pursuit of the goal of power enterprise management. After years of exploration and practice, the ERP system gets more and more recognition. It is by means of information, the construction of thermal power plant business show in the system platform, not only to enhance the management level, also enable investors to project progress is more comprehensive, clear control. However, the power plant capital construction period not only covers a wide range, long duration, cost of investment is big, and the large number of participants, the complexity of management, which gave the ERP system brings many difficulties. In this paper, through the research in the implementation and management of ERP system in power plant construction period, the typical problems and treatment methods and aiming at each stage may encounter were summarized, to provide some reference for the implementation of construction period for ERP system in power enterprise. |
