The Research Of Ningxia Province Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities Management System

At present, with the development of economy, the environment and energy problem prominent increasingly. As the new energy automobile typical representative, the governments pay attention to Electric vehicles as world’s protection effect. The development of electric vehicle technology is also automobile industry to realize great-leap-forward development of energy conservation and emissions reduction, the mainstream technology direction. The next10years, the electric vehicle industry will key period, and electric vehicle charging station is electric vehicle after large-scale industrialization, as indispensable electric automobile energy service infrastructure, therefore, we need to build electric vehicle charging facility management system. This paper analyzed the domestic and foreign charging facilities construction, mainly it studies the Ningxia electric vehicle charging facilities management system construction scheme.As Firstly, combined with the domestic and international development situation of electric vehicles and charging facilities, analyzing the development of electric vehicles and charging facilities in Ningxia province, combining with the author’s working experience, classifying possible impacts, including the topics of the research background and significance of the thesis targets.Secondly, using the management concept as the theoretical basis of the research of Ningxia province electric vehicles and charging facilities, analyzing from four aspects including development situation, design standards, policies and benefits, external environment, taking the method of same time horizontal contrast at different times to compare different companies (power companies and oil companies fight for the market and related resources of the game), finding reasons, and giving some appropriate measures.Thirdly, taking the Ningxia Electric Power Company for example, and putting forward the ideas and principles of electric vehicle charging facilities management system as a whole.
