In today’s world, human resource is becoming the main driving force forsocio-economic development, playing an important role in promotingeconomic booming. China, as the world’s most populous countr y, humanresources in the number is ver y rich. The central China is not dominant interms of capital, management, techn ology, it is onl y ver y rich in humanresources, but for now, a large population is a heav y burden in the Rise ofCentral China, if we want to turn the heav y burden into wealth andadvantages, we must turn the labor resources into human resources. Thepopul ation of the six provinces in the central region is ver y large and add upto the total population of over360million, however, it’s lack of the numberof personnel, so it’s not a human capital region. The central region is still ina disadvantaged positio n of the talent output and the brain drain, there areman y problems, such as human resources and economic development is nots ynchronized, the structural shortage of human resources, and unbalanceddevelopment between regions, Human Resources can not be co mpletel y adaptto the new requirements of the rise of Central China. In this paper we firstmake data anal ysis to the human resources and regional economic situationof the central region, and then create a coupled s ystem evaluation indexs ystem, using gra y r elational anal ysis to construct a model of the structure ofhuman resources and regional economic association, reveals the relationshipbetween the structure of human resources and the economic in the centralregion.The paper is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introductionpart, introduced the research profile of the domestic and foreign scholars onthe concept for this article, Clarif y the significance of this stud y, researchmethods and the main framework and so on. The second part is a literaturereview, related the concepts resolution. The third part through a variet y ofstatistical data collation and anal ysis, from human resources naturalstructure, social structure and economic structure to anal yze the currentstructure of the h uman resources of the central region, and then from thetotal econom y and the economic level to anal yze the regional economicsituation of the central region; The fourth part is based on the establishmentof the coupled s ystem evaluation index system, use gra y corr elation anal ysis,build a correlation model of human resources and regi onal economic interaction, reveals the major factor in the central region of human resourcesand regional economic coupling and coupling relationship; The fifth part ison the basis of the anal ysis of the third and fourth part, identif y the mainproblems of the structure of human resources in the central region. The sixthpart give suggestions and countermeasures to human resource structure ofthe central region; The seventh par t is the summar y part. Part three and partfour are the most important parts.
