There are more than200years of history about group decision making (GDM), manyreaerchers made a lot of contribution for the field at home and abroad. However, there aresome problems need to solve in theory and practice, it can ensure the results of thedecision-making rationality and correctnesss. This paper focuses on individualself-confidence affect on group decision-making process and results, as well as the differentiallatency. This paper reviews static group decion making research at first from the point of thedevelopment of the decision-making process. Many problems have dynamic nature in real lifeand peoples’ opinion is also dynamic change. So dynamics group decision-making haveattracted more researchers, then we reviews its performance indicators and research. Weconsider the concept and behavior performance about self-confidence from a psychologicalpoint of view, the inner confidence is often able to show in language and action and have adifferdent degree impact on the others in group, so there is a good theoretical and practicalsignificance about confidence impact in group decision-making.Then we propose a new way show opinion based on analysis pattern of confidencemanifestation in group decision-making---interval number, it map to individual opinion with ashort interval, the method can clear exerts individual’s self-confidence characteristics in theprocess of group decision-making and provide a new way of thinking for the staging ofmulti-attribute group decision. The paper establish the steps to solve the multi-attributedecision making problems use confidence degree and deviation degree two key variables anddemonstrate the effectiveness of the method with a case. The paper establish a dynamic group decision-making model which take individualself-confidence as a separate variable, the individua’s self-confidence is taken as theinfluencing factors of the individual interaction model and it determine the change ofindividual preferences. The self-confidence is not stable in the group, and then we extend theestablishment model to build the self-cofidence growing of dynamic group descision-making model. The growth of self-confidence accelerates the convergence time and consistency ofgroup decision-making and further illustrates preferences intetaction and self-confidenceamong individuals within the group decision is mutual affected. Finally, the paper discusses individual opinion change in group decision-making processsof a bounded confidence model, trying to solve the hesitation and consideration problems ofindividual absorption views from the conversion between differdent states. We subdivide theprocess into interacticea fragment and explain the change of the intermediate in more detail. The study has theoretical and practical significance for rich the group decision-makingcontent and improve individual interaction preferences and improve the efficiency ofdecision.
