Property management is an emerging industry in the21stcentury, which has beendeveloped over the past few decades. Significant development of modern propertymanagement is limited. With over100year’s operation history, property management hasbecome a matured industry in western countries. Although the development time of ourproperty management is limited, its network waits for further consummates, it keeps growingat a fast speed. In recent years, corresponding laws and regulations are gradually coming intoeffect, like property law.Since, the property management industry is still at an early stage, and many questionsremain. Most Industry research has focused on industry codes, service concepts, marketmechanism and modern enterprise management system. However, research on service qualityappraisal is limited and still wanted. So, this essay is focused on how to establish anevaluation system for property management of residence property. With our efforts, we canprovide a visual treatment for property management enterprise to improve their service, whichcan also promote the development of industry.In this essay, we will firstly introduce the background of property management and thebasic situation in Guangzhou city. Then, a relevant literature review is needed. Mostimportant part is the evaluation system. Our introduction of the evaluation system is dividedinto three parts: indicator system, weight system and comprehensive assessment. At last, wewill provide some ideas about how to improve property management industry with the effortsof government, enterprises and consumers.
