After decades of rapid development,China's telecommunications industry has finally caught up with the trend of the world's leading telecommunications companies in recent years.However,the four major operators in China still use television,fixed-line and mobile services as their main sources of income.According to the repeated price reduction requirements of the country from 2017 to 2019,the revenue growth of operators in recent years has gradually fallen into increments.Do not increase the dilemma.At the same time,the rapid development of a new generation of cloud computing,Internet of Things,and big data technology is rapidly advancing the informationization process in all walks of life in China.All of this has been dominated by Internet companies such as Tencent,Ali,Baidu,etc.From the beginning to the present,in the emerging informationization trillion market,the danger of operators being marginalized and pipelined is growing.Although operators are aware of this problem and have taken a series of initiatives in an attempt to gain a foothold in emerging information applications,SOEs are still trying to avoid being marginalized and pipelined under the constraints of traditional systems and mechanisms.A big problem.This paper takes the operator A company's IoT business operation mode as one of the emerging information applications,mainly adopts the literature research method from the customer level,resource capacity,product level and important partners in the commercial canvas.The case analysis method and the comparative research method have carried out a comprehensive analysis,problem finding and transformation research on the business model of Company A.The article first introduces the company's existing corporate structure,personnel composition,business composition and the business model of the Internet of Things business,and clarifies the difficulties faced by Company A,the situation of its competitors,and the competition of Internet companies.At the same time,based on the perspective of Company A,it expounds the huge industrial market prospects of the Internet of Things,the impact and significance of the development of the entire industry of the Internet of Things on the company A,and the current operation of the Internet of Things business model can not make the company A escape from being piped.Thereality.Secondly,it analyzes the nine elements of the four levels of the customer canvas,the resource capability,the product level and the important partners of the commercial canvas,and puts forward the ideas for how to adjust the transformation of the company A,and designs the transformation goals and implementation methods.Then,according to the mechanism system unique to the state-owned enterprises of Company A,the problems of transformation were analyzed,and various measures to ensure the success of the transformation were designed.Finally,it evaluates the transformational stage results of Company A and believes that the transformation of the Internet of Things business model is effective,and provides a reference for the future transformation of the Internet of Things business model of operators.
