We should put the Supply Chain as target to improve because which hasnot been proved the motive power to the development on company.Then, we took on sales, production, inventory, three phases to study. From sales,we suggest benefiting agent by tires if the accuracy is within certain scope; decrease theextent on promotion. From production, we adopt push-pull measures to control, not onlymeet the demand of sell-well tires, but also accept the tire order within little amount,meanwhile, strengthen the action on the pre-caution, timely adjust production accordingto sales; systematization on sales and productions have play a key role to Supply Chain,which can help us improve the data accuracy and make the right decision when morefactors compounds. From inventory, we set up the standard on inventory; increase thesame sizes on both plants; and also supply substitute when certain sizes in hot sales.Importantly, we brought forth new ideas of mortgage the estate of our agent to BS torelease the cash pressure of agent and them in good circulation by same interest between company and agent.
