Research On Factors Impacting New Generation Migrant Worker To Join Endowment Insurance Under Civilization

Since the reform and opening-up,more and more peasants have migrated to cities.The new generation of migrant workers has gradually become the main part of them.Most of them have a strong desire to integrate into and settle in cities,and have their own characteristics because of the specific historical background.As the system related to the vital interests of the new generation of migrant workers,endowment insurance system has great significance for their old-age life retired from the labor market.The main problems focus on the low participation rate of endowment insurance system of urban workers and low income of endowment insurance system of urban and rural residents.So the endowment insurance system of new generation of migrant workers needs to be further improved.To this end,new generation of migrant workers are taken as the research object by this study,takes the influence factors of new generation of migrant workers participating in social endowment insurance as the research category,and explore how to improve their social pension insurance under the background of urbanization and enjoy better social endowment insurance services.Firstly this paper clarifies the development and reality of the social endowment insurance system of migrant workers in China,and comprehensively uses the macroscopic data to grasp the existing problems of their participating in social endowment insurance.Then the paper uses descriptive analysis,chi-square test and multivariate regression analysis to study the influential factors of social endowment insurance.The results are as follows: age,job satisfaction,whether the enterprise is insured for employees,and satisfaction of social endowment insurance,city status of the new generation of migrant workers.And the above factors influence their participating in the social endowment insurance system significantly.Then the paper makes further conclusions and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the social endowment insurance system,employment environment,human capital and social capital of new generation of migrant workers.
