It has often been argued that low turnover leads to less innovation in organizations, not only because fewer job vacancies are available for outsiders with newideas, but also because longer-tenured employees might be more resistant to change. In this study, we propose that job embeddedness may actually strengthen employees’motivation to generate, spread, and implement innovative ideas in organizations. Since most studies of the job embeddedness still remain on turnover intention, this study linked both job embeddedness and employees’innovation to explore the relationship between them. Therefore, this study clarify job embeddedness may actually increase employees’innovation behavior. In an empirical study of the employees of high-tech enterprises, we found that job embeddedness was positively and significantly related to innovation-related behaviors.Based on the employees of high-tech enterprises as the research object, adopt the method of literature review and another method, this paper formed the job embeddedness scale, career stage scale, employees’innovation scale,and explore prediction function form job embeddedness to employees’innovation,also the adjust function of career stage in this mechanism.This paper mainly discussed the following several steps:firstly, establishing the model of job embeddedness, career stage and employees’innovation, emphatically discussed the adjust function of career stage; Secondly, the questionnaire were chosen and discussed, especially discussed the formation of the job embeddedness and the scale formulation with exploratory factor analysis, and carries on the validity and reliability examination. The third, by analysing the data form the questionnaire with SPSS16.0, the author use correlation analysis, regression analysis and the multilayer regression analysis to figure out the detailed relationships between job embeddedness, career stage and employees’innovation, the results of the study show that job embeddedness significantly predict employees’innovation, the career stage has obvious buffer action on employees’innovation mechanism; Finally, with the research outcome in this paper, the author give the proposals of the construction employees’ innovation and summarize the limitations of this study and the prospects for future study.
