The serious contradiction between need and retain core Employees in the economic transforming period of China, obvious, the outflow of core employee is quite common due to the lack of incentive and protection mechanism. Job protection mechanisms can reduce employee stress, improve employee psychological environment, increase employee job satisfaction, and improve employee productivity. Therefore, to improve employment protection, reduce core employee turnover rate, Job protection mechanisms may play a positive role.In this paper, around job security, employee attitudes and job embeddedness construct a theoretical model, draw some important conclusions:First, job security include employment protection and right protection in the Chinese context; Second, job security and employee attitudes have a positive impact, thus, through the implementation of the core Employee protection strategies can effectively improve employee attitudes; Third, Employees have a positive correlation with employees’ attitudes; Finally, job Embeddedness partially mediated the relationship between job security and employee attitudes.In conclusion, this paper explores the meaning of job security in the Chinese context, and the relationship between job security, Job Embeddedness and employee attitudes. The conclusion showed that: the implementation of core Employees job security strategies can effectively improve staff Job Embeddedness levels, improve employee attitudes.in addition, the job embeddedness partly explains the effects of job security for employees’ attitudes.
