With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy and the continuous improvement of people’s income, quality of life, real estate development has become a basic, guiding and pillar industry of the national economy and promote the development of a series of related industries, the formation ofindustry an important impact on socio-economic groups. However, after all, China’s real estate market-oriented operation time is not long, weak awareness of risk management, management level is relatively low, with the country in recent years, real estate macro-control efforts continue to increase, the real estate project development risk is greatly improved, more formed a huge challenge for many real estate companies. Therefore, the risk management of real estate projects, the urgent research has theoretical and practical significance.Real estate projects is a complex, one-off, many relationships with variables related to complex systems. More comprehensive, in-depth analysis on the basis of summing up the real estate project risk management theory, the CY BH actual and targeted risk management of commercial and residential real estate projects on the basis of risk identification, assessment, strategies and measures.Case analysis, literature research method for the major research methods. Paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter section, including the background and significance of research, research, research status, research ideas and methods; Chapter II as the theoretical basis, introduces a few basic concepts of risk management main idea and theory; Chapter3presents the risk identification, analysis, evaluation and monitoring; fourth case, a more comprehensive and in-depth analytical CY BH project risk, according to the characteristics of the project at various stages of the project development risk identification and analysis, the risk strategies and measures for the risk profile of each stage, from seven aspects; Chapter summarize.Hope that the results of this study provide some guidance on risk management of commercial and residential real estate, private commercial and residential real estate with the reference value.
