Study On Mode Of Primary Land Development Of Chengdu

First-class development is an innovation of urban land development. Land development can solve the contradiction between the arable land protection and urban construction, and promote the economical use of land, improve the utilization of land per unit area, to enhance the city’s competitiveness in terms of hardware, accelerate the development of urban and rural have a very positive meaning.Generally Chinese urban land development is still at an early and exploratory stage, it needs to be studied further theoretically and practically. At this stage, China’s land development is mainly the following three modes:government-led operation mode, enterprise-led operation mode and Government and enterprise collaboration run mode.
