A Research On Developing Characteristic Industrial Cluster Under The Background Of Industrial Transfer In Anhui Province

This paper focuses on the outline of the transformation cluster of global economy. It also points out under the background of industrial transfer, Anhui province should seize the great opportunity that national economy which develops from the east to the west, industrial transfer expands from the coast from the inland. The government should disregard the imported and scattered industry. Supported by industry cluster area, Anhui province should breed and develop the special kind of area which has local feature as the choice of the strategy for development, meanwhile, as a breakthrough to attract the industrial transfer from the eastern areas, then it will realize the benign interaction between the industrial transfer and industry cluster competitiveness, so as to construct and breed the industry cluster which has the local feature and strong. At the same time, the development of industry cluster will quicken the steps of attracting the industrial transfer. As a result, it will ensure sound and rapid economic growth. This paper finally shows that with the development of industrial transfer, we should try to realize the self-development of regional economy and set up brand consciousness in light of regional advantages, foster independent technique capacity and get rid of the a vicious circle of import-backward. And promote its jumping development of regional economy. This paper discusses under the background of the industrial transfer, industry cluster with the local feature of Anhui province, and draws lessons from the cases like Anhui province which represents the underdeveloped inland area attracting the outside industrial transfer, and use it for reference.
