Research Of Coordination System Of Modern Agricultural Supply Chain Management

Although there has been some progress in our modern agricultural supply chain, from the national point of view, the construction of agricultural supply chain is still in its infancy. The main problems in China’s agricultural supply chain is that the coordination mechanism of agriculture supply chain management has some defects, in order to make our country march toward the modernization of agriculture better,it is necessary to explore a set of suitable modern agriculture supply chain coordination mechanisms in China. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China’s modern agriculture supply chain management coordination mechanisms, studying the coordination content of modern agriculture supply chain management, while making reference to the research situation of foreign modern agriculture supply chain management. The modern agriculture supply chain management of the developed country such as the Netherlands provides a broad perspective. In the application of contract theory, this article values the contract governance and configuration management of the supply chain, by integrating and innovating a variety of supply chain management model, and finally improves modern agricultural supply chain coordination mechanism from the perspective of contract design, the design of contractual arrangements and relational contracts.
