| Under the background of the economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is becoming fiercer while the pressure of employees is much higher than before, which makes people pay more attention to the relationship among ways of dealing with career pressures of employees, the humane management system of enterprises and the turnover intention of employees. So far, many researchers have focused on employees’studies, however, few empirical studies have been done on new generation staff. As we all know, nowadays, the mainstay of workplace is the new generation staff, whose resilience is not only vital to adapt workplace well, but also is significant to create adorable atmosphere of enterprises, which can decrease the level of abusive supervision of supervisors and the level of turnover intention of employees.To probe into the relationship among resilience, abusive supervision and turnover intention of employees, the new generation staff is selected as the research object, including the after80/90employees who’re now working in the state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign enterprises or joint ventures in our country. Questionnaire survey is chose to collect data, after which we drew up the Resilience Questionnaire of the New Generation Staff, revised the Abusive Supervision Questionnaire of the New Generation Staff, and combined the Turnover Intention Questionnaire to test the385subjects. The results of the study are as follows:(1)The Resilience Questionnaire of the New Generation Staff which is made up of five dimensions, including family supporting, emotion adjustment, sense of purpose, self-efficiency and social supporting, has a good reliability and validity.(2)The Abusive Supervision Questionnaire of the New Generation Staff which is made up of two dimensions, including abusive means and abusive style, has a good reliability and validity.(3)Pairwise correlation are presented between resilience and abusive supervision, abusive supervision and turnover intention, resilience and turnover intention.(4)Resilience of the new generation staff can predict the level of abusive supervision, abusive supervision of the new generation staff can predict the level of turnover intention and resilience of the new generation staff can predict the level of turnover intention.(5) The level of abusive supervision of the new generation staff plays the completely mediating role between resilience and turnover intention. The level of abusive means plays the completely mediating role between social supporting and turnover intention of the new generation staff. |
