Modern service industry has appeared the trend to become a pillar industry of the national economy,However,in the process of the development of the industry,there are still some discordant voices,such as the frequent cold violence of the leaders and high turnover rate.It is worth noting that the personal characteristics of employees will reduce the negative impact of these disharmony factors on the enterprise and the industry.This research uses empirical methods explore the relationship of managers' abusive supervision and turnover intention,as well as the moderating of optimistic explanatory(OES)style in modern service industry.This paper has the following innovations,firstly introducing positive psychology in the optimistic explanatory style as a moderator,inquiry abusive supervision and turnover intention the establishment of boundary conditions,then try to use the emotional events theory,self determination theory as the basis,in order to explain the main contents of scientific precision,finally will expand to the modern interpretation of optimism service style application staff groups.Through the independent sample T test and variance analysis to verify the impact of the demographic variables of the subjects on the main variables,the following conclusions: There are significant differences on turnover intention among age,service ages,and position in organization,and there are significant differences on managers' abusive supervision among age,service years and education.Age also has significant difference on optimistic explanatory style(OES).Managers' abusive supervision has a positive influence on turnover intention in modern service industry,optimistic explanatory style is the moderator variable between this relationship.Finally,based on the conclusions of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on human resource management from two aspects: weakening the negative impact of the abusive supervision,selecting and cultivating the employees who have the high optimistic explanatory style.
