| With the development of the times,"80s"ã€"90s" as the representative of the new generation of employees boarded career stage, it has injected fresh blood they joined in the workplace, but a new problem appeared, the phenomenon new generation employees leave their jobs occurs frequently, and bring the challenge to the managers. In the recent years, the problem of the new generation employees leave their job has been widespread concern in the Academia and the business. The new generation of employees has a special experiences growing, showing the particular work values in their work, many factors will affect their turnover. The paper is conducted research from leadership style. Abusive supervision is a typical representative of negative leadership behavior. according to existing research show, abusive supervision has significant negative influence on employee and organization, affecting employee’s work attitude, including employees of anxiety, depression, burnout and negative psychological reactions, reducing employee job satisfaction and organization performance, increasing the turnover intention and aggravating the conflict between career and family. Therefore, the paper will put abusive supervision as the core variables, and study it has effect on turnover intention. Further explore the regulation of work values.However, At present the study of the relationship between abusive supervision and new generation employees’ turnover intention is not thorough, accordingly, the paper is based on relevant literature achievements in domestic and foreign area, adopting the abusive supervision, work values and turnover intention scale which suitable to China’s employees through the way of questionnaire, making correlation and regression analysis among abusive supervision, turnover intention and work values and analysis of the regulation of work values by empirical research methods.The results show that:(1) abusive supervision has a positive influence to the new generation employee turnover intention; (2) the work values and its each dimension(utilitarian orientation, intrinsic preference, interpersonal harmony, innovative orientation, long-term development) and turnover intention was significantly correlated; (3) work values makes a regulation role between the abusive supervision and employee turnover intention; work values of the utilitarian orientation, intrinsic preference and long-term development which the three dimensions have a negative regulation effect between the abusive supervision and employee turnover intention; interpersonal harmony and innovative orientation which the two dimensions have a positive regulation effect between the abusive supervision and employee turnover intention; (4) the part of demographic variables of new generation employees has a significant impact on abusive supervision, work values, turnover intention. Therefore, this paper puts forward the corresponding management proposal according to the results of the research, at the same time, pointing out the future research direction on this issue. |
