Psychological capital as a core of psychological elements for individuals generally positive, it issimilar with human capital and social capital on function. But with develop of the positive psychologymovement, the role of psychological capital gradually over human capital and social capital. With thedevelopment of science rapidly and the fierce competition increasingly, the key to enterprise developmentis to retain talent, reduce turnover rates, and Improve employee innovation. So the enterprise managershope to gain competitive advantages on individual and organization through targeted training anddevelopment of employees’ psychological capital.This research based on previous theoretical studies, and come up with hypothesis and purpose frompsychological capital, innovative behavior, affective commitment and employee turnover. We do asystematic study on the employees of Henan Kaiyuan Air Separation Group by the form of a questionnaire.And we get two conclusions by correlation analysis, regression analysis and some other statistical methods.Firstly, there are some correlation exists among psychological capital, innovative behavior, affectivecommitment and employee turnover. Psychological capital has a obvious positive prediction to Innovativebehavior and affective commitment. While it is has a conspicuous negative prediction to employeeturnover.Secondly, affective commitment plays a mediating role not only between psychological capital andinnovative behavior, but also between psychological capital and employee turnover.This article will study the comprehensive relationship about psychological capital of employees,innovative behavior and employee turnover from the aspect of psychological capital. The theory ofpsychological capital will be introduced to the field of human resources management, and will be expandedthe scope of its application. Based on the intermediary role of affective commitment to psychologicalcapital, and provide theoretical support to human resource management. On the basis of empirical research,this article will combined with the actual situation to study the development of psychological capital of thestaff, and clear the meaning about develop psychological capital to corporate human resources managementstaff training system, incentive system and the payment system...
