In the process of innovation, employee innovative behavior is very critical.Theroies and empirical studies have demonstrated that leadership style has greatimpacts on employee innovative behavior. As the positive state in the process ofindividual growth and development, psychological capital is help to reveal theemployee reaction to the leadership style and to have a better understand of themechanism of how leadership style effect employee innovative behavior.Based on the Pre-survey, this paper verified the second-order-dimensionalitystructure of leadership style、psychological capital and innovative behavior has thebest fitness. Through the analysis of variances we found: male staffs have higherlevels of psychological capital and innovative behavior than female staffs, longerwork year of employee is beneficial to the formation of psychological capital, but theinnovative behavior has been declining. Significant differences of innovative behaviorand psychological capital have been found according to different ages and typles ofcompany. By regression analysis, we explore the relationship between the variables,the main conclusions are as follows: the transformational leadership and transationalleadership have significant positive effects on psychological capital and innovativebehavior, the effectiveness of transformational leadership is slightly larger thantransational leadership. The psychological capital has significant positive effects onemployee innovative behavior. At last, this paper verified that psychological capitalpartially mediates the effect of transformational leadership on employee innovativebehavior, also the psychological capital has partially intermediary role betweeentransational leadership and employee innovative behavior.Finally, in order to develop the level of employee innovative behavior, themanagement should combine the transformational leadership and transationalleadership, concerned about the individual needs of employees.
