So,"The State Council guidance on support toaccelerate the construction of the Central Plains economic region in Henan province," putforward the strategic positioning for the Central Plains economic region, According to thedevelopment of practical and strategic positioning, and puts forward the space layout strategyof Central Plains economic region, which in accordance with the principle of “core-driven,shaft development, joint promotion, surrounding ascension”, the formation of radial, networkspace development pattern.To further study of the problem of the coordination between spatialstructure, internal partition and various region of Central Plains economic region. To promotethe evolution for social an economic spatial structure to the benign direction, and achievementfor “three conversions” coordinated development and strategic objectives ofCentral Plainseconomic region. It both has important theoretical value and practical significance.Spatial layout of economic zone is based on analysis of regional spatial structure, thecoordination between city and city, city and regional, area and area, the rational allocation ofpromote the development of economic zones, economic, social, natural technology and otherfactors, to achieve economic area population, resources, environment and economy’s health,sustainable development.
