The Research On The Construction Of New Urbanization In The Central Plains Economic Region

At present it is a key time for China to be built into the well-off society, and it isthe critical period to accelerate the transformation of the mode of economicdevelopment.Although the world economy is slowly recovering, but we have beenaware of the importance of promoting domestic demand for economic development ofChina.Therefore, to boost the economy and achieve sustainable growth,we must takethe expansion of domestic demand as the primary task, adjusting the structure.Andurbanization is the largest source of power to expand domestic demand and promoteeconomic development.Industrialization and urbanization brought about inevitablythe land occupancy increase, promoting the "industrialization, urbanization andmodernization of agriculture" process and securing the arable land amount are acontradiction.And traditional industrialization caused high speed and highconsumption and high emission,there is contradiction between the rapid economicand social development and environmental protection.Therefore,by urbanizationleading the "industrialization, urbanization and modernization of agriculture" intothe coordinated development means that we must base on reality and follow the law toresolve the contradiction between the rapid economic and social development andresources environment restriction, it is the inner demand of "industrialization,urbanization and modernization of agriculture" coordinated development.CentralPlains Economic Area of Henan province in recent years continue to explore a newway of securing agriculture and food, ecology and environment,leading the"industrialization, urbanization and modernization of agriculture" coordinateddevelopment with new urbanization, is a new breakthroughs and a newenlightenment.This paper mainly summarizes the lessons and experience through the study ofurbanization development mode of foreign countries,and show the problems appearedin the development of urbanization process in our country, putting forward theprocess of new urbanization,and by analyzing the connotation and significance of thenew urbanization, combined with the development of the Central Plains EconomicArea (taking Henan Province as an example) and current situation of the developmentof urbanization, find the reasons restricting the development of urbanization in HenanProvince, so as to put forward suggestions to advance urbanization construction ofCentral Plains Economic Region,.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part: the Central Plains Economic Area and the concept ofurbanization.This part mainly introduces the concept and strategic positioning of theCentral Plains Economic Zone as well as the connotation of urbanization, and alsoanalyses the disadvantages of the traditional urbanization, which lays a foundation forfurther promoting new urbanization construction.The second part: the model of urbanization development in foreign countries andits inspiration.The first part of the three main modes of urbanization in developedcountries, summarizes the lesson, this has important implications for the development of China’s urbanization.The third part: the background and practical foundation and connotation of newurbanization construction.This part analyzes the new urbanization background of thetimes and practical basis, and according to the research results of Chinese scholars,analyzes its connotation as well as the model of urbanization leading"industrialization, urbanization and modernization of agriculture" coordinateddevelopment.The fourth part: the disadvantages and advantages of new urbanizationconstruction of the Central Plains Economic Region.This part is about the currentsituation of Central Plains Economic Zone urbanization (taking Henan Province as anexample), analyzing of the opportunities and challenges of urbanization in CentralPlains Economic Region.The fifth part: the construction measures of new urbanization in Central PlainsEconomic Region..This part is based on the restrictive factors, putting forwardcountermeasures of building deeper new towns with multiple angle.
