Mergers and acquisitions is a product of the market economy, as well as the inevitable requirement ofmarket development. Through mergers and acquisitions and capital management, the enterprises, realizingtheir business expansion and scale management, has become the consensus of the multinationalcorporations and Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs, many companies through mergers and acquisitions toachieve the optimal allocation of resources, and enhance their core competitiveness, won the advantage inthe fierce market competition environment. But there are a considerable number of enterprisesunsatisfactory completion of the result of mergers and acquisitions, and finally ended in failure, the successof mergers and acquisitions, human resources depends largely on the ability to effectively integrate the twosides. Through the integration of human resources, optimize the allocation of human resources of theenterprise after merger to eliminate the anxiety of employees in the merger and even resentment, to rebuildthe business team with strong cohesion. In addition integration of corporate culture is often seen as anintegrated part of human resources, should be given adequate attention in the integration of acquisitions, theeffective elimination of the cultural conflicts arising from cultural differences due to the enterprises of bothsides in the acquisition process. In the end, encourage enterprises to achieve the strategic objectives ofmergers and acquisitions.Paper first described the basic theory of integration of mergers and acquisitions, includingmotivation and its importance to the concept of corporate mergers and acquisitions and post-mergerintegration, integration of human resources, especially human resources integration of mergers andacquisitions under the content analysis of the human integration of resources must focus on cultural conflictand its integration, pointed out that the role of cultural integration in the M&A value creation. Secondly,discuss the integration of human resource needs facing the integration of the organizational structure,cultural integration, especially the efficient reconstruction team, the organization-the culture-the teamthree placed in the human resources integration system discussed they are easy to fall into the plight in theface of M&A transactions, as well as the reconstruction of the ways and means. Finally,this paper take a representative enterprise in Sanmenxia city as an eaxmple, which experiences mergers andacquisitions on the human resource integration scenarios, and the paper analyzes further validate the integration strategy proposed in this paper.
