In the market economy environment, the fierce competition among enterprises is increasing, advanced technology determines the survival and development of enterprises, especially in large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises. In order to deal with this competitive environment, the large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical companies mainly rely on R&D team to innovate. The effectiveness of R&D team and the development of new technologies and new products directly determines the future of the large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises.Because of interests, emotional and other needs,talent move in a real or virtual world, and it forms the phenomenon of talent aggregation. Talent aggregation environment is a environment faced by large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises. It’s R&D team has undergone tremendous change. The environment brings great opportunities and challenges with a large number of talent and talent aggregation effect, and also will be richer definition of team effectiveness. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the effectiveness of the R&D team of large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises under the talent clustered environment The study of scientific evaluation of the validity of its research and development team of large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises will help them to improve their competitiveness and construct R&D team reasonable.This paper defined talent aggregation effect and its meaning with the talent theory and gather the economic theory; it redefined the effectiveness of the R&D team for large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises under the special environment of talent aggregation. This paper make a framework model for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises R&D team based on the environment of talent gathered and the IPO evaluation model. Then it makes a specific model for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises R&D team with the framework one and influence factors of team effectiveness. It also make the evaluation index system and evaluation criteria. This paper selects the representative of large and medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises the talent gathered environment, and studies its R&D team with Entropy Method and TOPSIS. This paper analyzes the relationship of evaluation results between the various parts of the team effectiveness with correlation analysis method. Finally, the recommendations and measures to improve the effectiveness of R&D team of medium-sized medical and pharmaceutical enterprises under talent clustered environment are proposed.
