Established in April,2012,JiangSu BG Company is a professional molded pulp products enterprise. BG company now mainly use the ordinary straw, bagasse and other "waster" made of biodegradable packaging material of green environmental protection enterprises. JiangSu BG is in the initial stage. The company currently is mainly to help an American razor manufacturer to provide products within the packaging, the products are for export. With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the financial crisis, RMB appreciation pressure, is not conducive to export. JiangSu BG Company has just started, how to effectively raise, scientific, reasonable allocation of funds invested, open the domestic market, so as to enhance the enterprise the competitive advantage, and has become the BG’s problem. To formulate business strategy of JiangSu BG Company’s financial, is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of enterprise development and overall strategy.In this paper, the management theory to study the financial strategy of BG company through the enterprise strategy management theory and financial management.
