In modern times, along with the rapid development of the economic, the deepening of enterprises reform and the quicker life pace, competition becomes stiffer than before,that results in heavier stress on people. Excessive stress will not only lower the quality of life, easily affects various of psychological problem, but also affect the efficiency of the team. Therefore, how to manage the stress is one of the essential problems in human resources management.Exotic Employee Assistance Programs (short as EAP) is highly concerned as hot topic by personnel resources department in enterprise.EAP is a systematic and long-term program for assistance and welfare, which is organized for employees by organization, specialized people check and give organization advice, and instruct,training and consult employees and their family members, by which aims at helping solve employees and their family members’ psychology and behavior problems to improve employee’working efficiency and organization’s management. Recently, domestic researches on EAP is mainly literature research, it is very significant that exploring a set of effective stress management methods based on EAP. From an empirical point of view, the full texts of an enterprise in the process of implementation of the EAP project, taking into account the working pressure employees are faced with major pressure, in order to fully understand the effect of the implementation of the EAP project, the use of Shanghai Normal Fan Limin prepared Enterprise Work Stress Scale before and after the implementation of the project staff working pressure statistical analysis, to carry out the process and results analysis, on the basis of the analysis of the data, try summed up the domestic business or organization EAP project should be concerned about a few point for the localization of EAP to provide some ideas for our business organization to carry out the Employee Assistance Program to provide some suggestions on the theory or practice.This study selected a company in Hubei, its a one-year Employee Assistance Program. Research methods used in this study include:a literature review. Collected at home and abroad related research in the field, to tease out the theory of pressure and stress management research, the theoretical basis for the article.2, the questionnaire survey method. Through the selection of the questionnaire, payment, collection statistics, to provide data to support this article, to increase the persuasiveness and credibility of the article, to provide support for the papers last part of the recommendations and localization Thinking.3, empirical research methods. By statistical description using SPSS13.0, separate samples T-test, factor analysis, multiple response variable analysis method, is recognized on an analysis of the relevant variables. In this study, a questionnaire survey summary questionnaire data analysis, project consulting utilization rate of13.30%, more than the international average, achieve a better implementation; usage from project consulting, face-to-face consultation with the total number of consulting1/4; consultation with the population most women is four times that of men, accounting for80%;70%of consulting users between the ages of26-35years old, most of the working life of the Advisory users in2years and3-10employees consulting more, to reach a total of54.1%; staff training effect evaluation and project overall satisfaction rating by employees generally recognized, are more than4points (out of5). In this study, the employees working pressure rating scale measuring the implementation of the project before and after working pressure, pre-test and post-test are randomly selected from the428A company employees as subjects, conducted a survey. Pre-test questionnaires were distributed and428,420were86, excluding the invalid data, efficiency of more than78%. Measured after payment of428,423were returned. Excluding invalid data81, close to80%efficiency."Enterprise employees work stress scale" of data entry after the SPSS13.0statistical analysis the following conclusions:1.After one year’s EAP service, the scale of employees’work pressure for reaction component table has decreased. having distinctive difference compared to the previous;2.After carrying out EAP,the scale of employees’Pressure source table has decreased, having distinctive difference compared to the previous;3.After employees receive EAP, the scale of employees pressure coping scale has increased, having distinctive difference compared to the previous.According to the research, it is effective and feasible to develop EAP, through which companies can improve employees’work pressure and promote their physical and mental health.
