With the"people-oriented"modern management concept in line with the requirements of the times,it has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,Employee Assistance Programs(EAP)have become an important part of organizational management,especially human resource strategic planning.It is integrated by management,psychology,economics,sociology,organizational behavior and other disciplines.It is mainly used to help enterprises solve outstanding occupational mental health problems,such as conflicts of culture and values,strong sense of job burnout,obvious symptoms of job burnout,and increased ineffective communication.EAP have been widely used in international enterprises,and the demand in different organizations is also increasing in China now.Compared with the rapid development of the economy,the traditional concept of material interests is still prevalent in the thoughts of enterprise managers.The attention paid to human resources,especially the psychological capital of employees,is not high enough.At the same time,affected by the traditional concept of the society as a whole,the individual members of the organization tend to be conservative in their hearts,and the employees themselves do not pay enough attention to psychological problems.But with the constant change of social transition and organization,makes the modern organization and its members face a series of related to psychological dilemma,such as work stress,job burnout,communication disorders and emotional exhaustion,and other employees psychological crisis,which not only brings to the individual suffering damage,even will bring immeasurable harm to organization.X company in this study is facing a similar situation.This study introduces the basic concepts of EAP,human resource management,psychology and other related theories.According to the current situation and characteristics of X company and the current major problems,the initial planning of the implementation scheme of EAP of X company.Through the publicity and training of EAP of X company,and in the form of questionnaire survey,the overall work pressure,work satisfaction,organizational commitment and other psychological indicators of employees of X company are measured,and the EAP service satisfaction survey is conducted.Combined with the data obtained from questionnaires,interviews,and consultations,through quantitative and qualitative analysis,the following conclusions are finally drawn:the implementation of EAP in company X alleviates the current problems faced by the company,enhances the cohesion and centripetal force of employees,develops a new welfare system for employees,and provides useful experience and reference for the practical application of EAP in other enterprises.
