With the rapid development of economy in the IT industry also rapidly toward the prosperity, however, behind the industry prosperity, people’s health is not optimistic. Enterprise employee assistance plan is purchased by the employer provides for employees and their families include:mental health education, lectures, short training, psychological counseling and other activities of the service, and ultimately help employees improve their physical and mental health.In the IT enterprises implement employee assistance plans, can alleviate IT employees psychological problems, so as to improve the whole performance of the company. Based on the PT software companies as the research object, has carried on the questionnaire survey and interviews, to its employees to understand the psychological condition of the PT staff, hope the company to provide services and demand for EAP services.Through questionnaire survey and interviews:(1)The pressure of employees. Regardless of the technical staff, sales or customer service personnel, they are under great pressure, this kind of situation is particularly common in high-tech small micro enterprise. On the other hand, too much work led to the imbalance between work and family, and also increased employee’s stress. (2) The company mechanism is not sound, the staff job responsibilities are not clear. Flat company personnel structure led to the promotion of the roads are not clear, make the employees work lost momentum and enthusiasm. (3) Between the employees and lack of communication between employees and the boss. Even in the case of very few employees, employees and employees are not familiar with each other. And communication between employees and the boss is less. (4) A issue for PT employees for work pressure, occupational health, work and life balance and medicine, etc. (5) PT company staff to obtain more electronic magazines and telephone hotline service way, also hope the company employees.According to the survey made targeted EAP scheme and implement, the main content of the EAP are:(1) Releasing every two weeks a period the electronic magazine, primarily for staff care most about stress management, occupational health and medicine, etc. (2) Setting up a leading lines, let employees and leadership can be unobstructed communication. (3) To carry out every two weeks of training, the main content for discussion of business knowledge, stress management and employee’s career planning training. EAP assessment results after the intervention is that employees understand the EAP, and think that EAP to improve employee’s work and life have played a role; Electronic magazine popular among its employees; Through training, employees are the more familiar with business knowledge; And stress management and career planning training also let employees benefit a lot. Finally concluded EAP in improving employees’ psychological condition, reduce the staff turnover rate is helpful.
