The Research Of The Land Ports Industrial Development And Space Layout

China is vast in territory with21000kilometers long landlocked boundary line，China have9Provinces and autonomous regions bordering on with fifteen countries，which makes Chinese land border ports have the advantaged geo-condition to develop.Since the introduction of the policies of reform and opening to the outside world, theChinese government adopted the strategy of opening to the frontiers and a series ofdetailed Polices. Relies on geographical advantage, foreign trade has been the maindriving force for Chinese land border ports and frontier regions behind economicdevelopment.Port is not only the gateway to the outside world，but also the focus of thedevelopment of export-oriented economy. It has natural advantages in attractingforeign investment, international trade, port processing, tourism and so on. Chinais expanding border land ports and port cities to the outside world, by making fulluse of ports advantages and natural resources, port and the port economic has beenrapidly developed. The development of port economic has made a tremendous changeto industrial structure in port cities, and also has continuing impact on the evolutionof industrial structure in the future in port cities. At the same time, the optimaladjustment of industrial structure of port cities can be an important role to porteconomic. So the land ports industry development and industrial layout issignificance.In this paper, I made the Xinjiang Baketu port as an example, through theanalysis of the port situation and industry status quo, with the land ports industrydevelopment and layout related theory as the foundation, and researched the relatedproblems of the land ports industry development and layout. This paper mainlydivided into the following three parts:The first part includes the research background and research review, etc. In thispaper, the land border ports both at home and abroad, the industrial development andindustrial layout of the related theory has carried on the summary.The second part includes the land ports economy and the characteristics of theindustry and the related theoretical basis. First I introduced the concept andclassification of ports, then summarized characteristics of the land ports in theeconomic development process, finally expressed the relevant theoretical basis of thispaper. The third part is the empirical study part. By understanding the port situation andindustry status quo, I analysed the port industry development environment, whichdetermine the leading industry and focus on developing industry port type, andfinished the industry layout.
