The Research On The Countermeasure To Safeguard Lawful Rights And Interests About Claims Of Work-related Injury Insurances Of Migrant Workers

In2011, there are more than250million Migrant Workers in China. As practitioners ofenterprises in cities, no matter what they work, they are all in the vulnerable groups of thepractitioners in the respect which about their rights and obligations. The vast majorities ofthem work in the dirty place, and do dangerous works. In other words, the rate of theWork-Related injury is much higher than any other practitioners. On this account, thedissertation analyses the present situation and problems for the claims of Work-Related InjuryInsurances of Migrant Workers, and then put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.The dissertation comprises five chapters text. Firstly, to introduce the background,purpose and meaning. Secondly, to summarize the present situation for the claims ofWork-Related Injury Insurances of Migrant Workers, and describes the present situation forlegal rights injury of the Migrant workers by contrasting the difference between the Migrantworkers who attend Work-Related injury and who don’t attend it. Thirdly, to research theproblems and the reasons for legal rights injury, it include The four aspects, the Restraintsystem for The insurance company, the Restraint system for the Boss in the enterprises, theconsciousness for Migrant Workers themselves, and The procuratorial agency forWork-Related Injury are not standard. Fourthly, put forward countermeasures and suggestions,and put forward a proposal for how to complete the claims of Work-Related Injury Insurancesof Migrant workers. Fifthly, to summarize the results of research, and to instruct thelimitation in this research.
