Land is one of non-renewable resurces,with the development of30-year reforming,ourcountry’s economy has seen rapid development,the process of urbanization continues toaccelerate.The expanded size and the rapid growth population of the urban, how th ensure therational allocation of the land resources between urban an rural,this problem is particularlyprominent.Now rising house prices and the government introduced a series of stringentmacroeconomic policy are inextricably linked with the price of the land.The stability landprice has related to the stability of the entire national economy.This article use the land urbanization process of change in the price mechanism as themain line,the influencing factors of the analysis of land price formation mechanism.discusingthe relationship between house prices and land prices.using Eviews software and thenon-balanced exponential model,to judge whether the urban land price level is reasonable.Finally,I advise some suggestions and countermeasures for the problem of urban landprice,hoping to play a rule of economic means in practice of the management of land price.
