In the face of an increasingly competitive environment, companies areincreasingly concerned about the acquisition and development of human capital.Excellent management talent as a scare resource in many human capital which hascaused universal attention of each enterprise. The purpose of training managers tolearn to be able to enhance their own quality reached to build the core competitivenessof enterprises. However, there is a lack of theoretical guidance and sound system inmanagers training. Manager competency model for the study of the behavior ofmanagers explicit object to refine competence quality factor management behavior,distinguish excellent management performance and ordinary performance. Therefore,the introduction of competency model managers training system is to provide thetheoretical guidance for model building process, and enhance the scientific enterprisetraining system.Trough access to a large amount of literature, the paper summarizes the relatedresearch results of competency model and training theory currently. At the same time,this paper through the case studies make the LH Group managers training system asthe object of the study, and also introduce the competency model to the Group’straining system. After research the existing manager training system in the LH Group,this paper reveals the research status of the Group managers training, including thebasic situation of the Group and training system. Subsequently, this papersystematically analyzed the problems of the Group’s existing managers trainingsystem, these problems have constrained the further development of managers andtraining, such as the training system and the Group’s strategy is not collaborative andthe training system is lack of theoretical guidance. To solve the problems, this paperpropose some optimization recommendations for training system of the LH Group.The introduction of the competency model and it’s related theory improve anddevelop the LH Group managers training system, which including trainingorganization system, system of training courses, training process, security system.Theoretical analysis and guidance through the system, which enhance theeffectiveness and scientific nature of the LH Group manager training system. The endof the paper summary of the theory, and point out the direction of managers andtraining system in the future.
