Since the banking industry has been fully liberalized for decades,banks have intensified competition and banks face enormous challenges.The banks continue to seek a good way to enhance their core competitiveness,so the training and development of staff has become an important part of enterprise human resources development.In the banking industry,the emphasis on staff training and development will help to improve the overall service level of the bank,help to improve the efficiency of banking services and improve the utilization rate of bank capital,which will help improve the social image level of banks.In this paper,the competency model is combined with the training optimization of G bank account manager,and the effectiveness and relevance of credit account manager training are emphasized.Under the combination of theory and practice,the training of credit account manager is optimized on the basis of the basic research of competency model,which makes the training of G bank can promote the realization of strategic goal and enhance the personnel training mechanism and related efficiency of bank,And ultimately improve the bank's profitability.This paper also tries to provide some inspiration for the establishment of the job training system in this industry by studying the research and analysis of the training system under the competency model of G bank credit client manager.In the content arrangement,this article is divided into four parts.The second part summarizes the competency and the relevant theoretical basis of the staff training,and puts forward the function of the competency training method and the staff training based on the competency model.The second part summarizes the research background,the meaning and the related method.The third part is based on the case of G Bank,and analyzes the current situation of G bank credit manager team and the shortcomings of its existing training system systematically,and constructs the competency model by using event interview method and questionnaire method,And put forward the relevant suggestions to improve the training;Finally,the fourth part of the competency of the client manager training methods to make conclusions and put forward the lack of research.
