Performance management is the key part of the human resource management. It’s the important measures to improve the performance of the company. The performance management is implementing in china for a long time. But many company don’t have the deep understand continue effect of the performance management to the company and workers. Many managers take the performance management as a simple tool of the performance review, which should be corrected.JY company is a private I&E company. The financial crisis in2008impacts deeply the running of JY company. The company needs an effective management measures to improve the performance of the company. After analysis the present management of the company, the writer think the effective measures to improve the performance of the company is to build an effective performance management system, especially the sales’ performance management system.This article analysis the sales’performance review before and after the financial crisis by using the theory and practical experience, and comparison research, to point our the main problem, then to build the sales’performance management system by the theory of the performance management.After reviewing the related theory of the performance management, the article introduce the impact of the financial crisis to the I&E company, analysis the sale’s performance review, which include the single-faced problem of the performance review, un-logical performance indicator, no performance communication and feedback. Considering the strategy of the JY company, the writer builds the sales’ performance management system from below four steps:performance plan, implementation of the performance management, performance review and performance feedback.The implementation of the performance management system will affect the running the company, so it should be implemented by step. Now many companies take the performance management as the performance review, no operation process, which is hard to run well the performance management. An effective performance management will define the strategy of the company, manager’s responsibility, management measures and the workers’ performance management, which assure the running of the performance management.During the research, the information of the JY company is not fully collection, but which is not affect the building of the system. The new performance management system solves the problem of the old performance review, raise the performance review target, and review fully of the assessment object. The new performance management system reflects the human nature, consider the worker’s different requirement, to review the workers from different levels. The reviewing result can be used as the data for the worker’s promotion and selection. And the continue communication in the company is repeat and repeat in the system, which make the performance management flexible.
