With the fast changing World economy and competition rules, corporations are facing increasingly severe competition. The only way to stay competitive is to constantly upgrade the operation efficiency and economic benefit of the whole corporation. A continuing edge in competition comes more from new process technologies, but not new production technologies. In the1990s, Doctor Hammer first formulated the concept of Business Process Reengineering (BRP). BRP is a fundamental reconstruction and rethinking of business processes and completely changed the original organization and business of corporations. After many corporations encountered a failure with BRP, many have encompassed other Management theories, tools and ideas to form the mode moderate Business Process Management concept. However, BPM focuses more on the management and optimization of the process itself. It could not deal with the interface between processes, while building process systems can clarify the relationship among steps and within the same step of the process. Using the standard enterprise system theory to manage processes can improve the operation efficiency of the organization, and thus compensate for the insufficiency of the current process management theory.This article uses the standard enterprise system theory as the guideline for the Process System Construction by Chuang Ji group and applies methods of BPR and BPM. Coupled with the process management practices by Chuang Ji, it comes up with the creative idea and method of Process System Construction by Chuang Ji group. Firstly, it outlines the goals and principles on which process systems are constructed, thus providing the direction for construction. Secondly, it builds the framework of the process system; defines the responsibilities and rights of each department and organization so as to ensure efficient and orderly operation of the system. Thirdly, it constructs the roadmap for the process system construction to follow; define the construction method. Fourthly, formulate the steps and stages of the construction and optimization so that the ultimate goal of continual operation and optimization of the process constructed can be achieved. Lastly, the operation of the system needs to be supervised, reviewed and assessed so as to ensure that it is viable to constantly update itself with creativity.This article used the methods of literature research, expert interview and case study. Based on the practical example of the Chuang Ji group, it comes up with the goal, process and method of constructing process systems. Process systems ensures, in a systematic way, the management, organization, daily operation and continual optimization of the process. Process System Construction by Chuang Ji group realizes the crucial goals of strategic landing and instantaneous satisfaction of customer demand so that the operational efficiency of the whole group is greatly enhanced. It is also a pioneer that provides reference and theoretical guidelines for similar domestic corporations.
