The development of complex products is related to that of comprehensive national competitive power and scientific power. To improve the technology of complex products and realize technological self-reliance quickly is an important direction of the national economic development. Hence, enhancing the complex products innovation abilities is an urgent demand. The obtaining of independent intellectual property rights are the key of independent technology innovation, and the independent technology innovation of complex products is a collaborative process of many innovation agents, the innovation undertaken by partners to a certain sub-project R&D tasks, and then integrate to a CoPS. The system integration level and the R&D level of sub-project affect the performance of the CoPS independent technical innovation integration directly. Therefore, the thesis research the independent technical innovation integration of CoPS to improve the system integration level and the R&D level of sub-project has important applicant values on inverting the situation of low R&D capabilities of complex product, low system integration level and the dependent of foreign technologies.Therefore, in the process of innovation network building research, the thesis sets up the index system of the innovation partner’s selection and the selection process, creates the knowledge transformation mechanism and knowledge transferring mechanism for the innovation of CoPS, and puts forward some measures and suggestions about improving the level of integration on the aspects of technology, knowledge, organization and management. Based on improving the modular project management ability, the thesis builds a multi-objective balanced principal-agent model, and gives the optimal incentive intensity and some advice on R&D partners’ incentive. By making a questionnaire survey in CSR Sifang Company obtains the sample data to build the independent technical innovation integration SEM, proved the result of theoretical research. Finally, the thesis summarized the experiences and shortcomings of China’s high-speed rail independent technology innovation process, and gives some advice, provided some reference for the successful innovation of other complex products.The main innovations of the thesis are as follows:(1) By theoretical researching the organization of complex product independent technology innovation, the innovation network building of complex products independent technology innovation and the integration of complex products independent technology innovation, gives some ideas on solving the problem of how to promote the integration of innovation elements effectively from four aspects organization, knowledge, management and technology. Meanwhile, appreciated China’s high-speed rail independent technology innovation process dialectically, summarized the experiences and shortcomings of China’s high-speed rail independent technology innovation process, and gives some improving advice, provided some reference for the successful innovation of other complex products.(2) By building the multi-tasks incentive model, considered the system integration level and R&D level improving as two tasks, choose different motivate strength for two tasks to motivate the partners to enhance the system integration level and R&D level balanced, the research obtains some meaningful conclusions, provides some reference on motivating the innovation partners.(3) By surveying in CSR Qingdao Sifang Company, obtained sample data, using SPSS17.0and Amos7.0software established structural equation model, draws conclusions and found the paths between the technological strength, financial strength of partners, the smoothness of cooperation and the system integration level and R&D level of sub-project level, provide some reference for improve the performance of the CoPS independent technical innovation integration...
