HT Company Performance Evaluation System Research

At present, many research about performance appraisal both at home and abroad, as the enterprise organization form gradually transition to a project in the form of, also appearing many kinds of performance theory and assessment method with characteristics of project. Due to the HT environmental protection technology co., LTD,(be called for short HT)is a typical project environmental protection enterprise, this article based on the theory of above researches, by understanding HT company’s characteristics, organization structure and main business processes, and analyze the company’s current performance appraisal method research, discovered the problems that exist in the enterprise performance evaluation, and on this basis, in order to establish performance appraisal system for HT has carried on the beneficial exploration. In this paper, design ideas are as follows:first of all, clear the scope and classification of object of performance appraisal; Second, by adopting the combination of the BSC and KPI assessment methods, make the extracted assessment index more scientific and systematice, establish a sound performance appraisal system; Again, improve and standardize the performance evaluation process; Finally, in order to make the new performance appraisal scheme to carry out, formulate the corresponding safeguard measures. In research methods, using literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method for integrating theory with practice, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, design a scientific performance appraisal.This article is the starting point for the author on researching Project-based enterprise performance evaluation, and further research is needed on the deficiencies.
