Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Tourism Land-use In Bama Panyang Valley

With the rapid development of Chinese tourism industry, tourism development has been stressed by all levels of government; where takes possession of much tourism resources keens on development and new variety of tourism projects, then tourist sites is accompanied by the development of tourism projects.Although the concept of the tourist sites which the current academia have not reached a consensus, it includes land on tourist attractions, tourism public service infrastructure,tourism and transportation etc. For Bama, a national poverty-stricken county, the development of the tourist greatly promote local economic development and improve the living standards, which has become main strength that helps local poverty alleviation and economic rapid development.However, during the utilization of the tourist land of Panyang River Valley in Bama, it ignores the destruction of vegetation, environmental pollution, weakening of social responsibility, disregarding the interests of the local communities and the residents; and blindly pursuit the short-sighted development model that catch up with dominant economic benefits, which leads to the difficulties and intense contradictions on the development of local tourism.From the view of the basic theories of the tourist land and combing the research literatures of travel sites home and abroad, this paper chooses Panyang River Valley in Bama to do empirical research. First, it elaborated the existing circumstances and basic situation of the land development and utilization of Panyang River Valley in Bama. Second, through the combination of many research skills, like empirical research, questionnaires and interviews, it found problems, deficiencies and the reasons about development and utilization of land in this area. Third, based on the above analysis, this paper builds frame system for the land sustainable development in this area, which makes the orientation of sustainable development of tourist land; which establishes a scientific supply of tourist land and spending mechanisms for the protection; which avoids tourist land stakeholders (government, developers, villagers) acts as the support; which aims at scientific and efficient land development and utilization. In the end, the author hopes this article can make certain contribution on the land explore and utilization in this region.
