The Research Of Strategies To Improve The Mode Choise And Performance Of Chianese And Foreign Management Consulting Enterprise Strategic Alliance

In recent years, with the development of knowledge economy and economic globalization, Chinese enterprises have been fully developed in the influence of this environment. And the development directly promotes the development of the management consulting firm. But under the influence between environment and industry, more and more Chinese enterprises participate in international activities, which also led China’s management consulting enterprises to participate in international market competition. Because Chinese management consulting enterprise is unfamiliar international environment and insufficient of itself development which will affect the consulting works in the international market, China’s management consulting enterprises need to league with the strategic and foreign outstanding management consulting enterprise, and achieve its own development, accelerate the pace of development of the enterprise.In this paper, through collecting and analyzing the literature of at home and abroad I summarize the development status and characteristics of the development of Chinese management consulting enterprise. And I also analysis the reasons why Chinese management consulting enterprise want to league with foreign management consulting enterprise alliance in the internal and external aspects. Based on the former work, I put forward four kinds of international strategic alliance mode, and use Delphi to choose the most suitable alliance mode for China’s management consulting enterprises.This study shows that Chinese management consulting enterprise can effectively complete the alliance by choosing a suitable alliance mode and adopting effective alliance promotion strategy. The results of this study for Chinese management consulting enterprise have the certain instruction significance and the practical significance in the international alliance.
