The plan put the principle of “efficiency priority” through the field of thetechnology’s planning and implementation. Jiangxi province is one of the experimentareas of developing low-carbon economy. The government wants both golden, silverhill and clean water, green mountains as well. So Jiangxi province makes great effortsto build “Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone” and the government suggested that weshould highlight the environment protection and low-carbon idea. Jiangxi mustvigorously promote energy structure adjustment to realize its green rise goal. Theenergy enterprises, especially oil sales companies, will be affected by these measures.The primary goal of this research is to find the challenges and opportunities by theenergy structure adjustment.This paper is structured as follows: The Chapter1analyzes the literature andbackground of the energy structure adjustment.
