Establishing a modern enterprise management system is the foundation and guarantee to prompt companies to achieve steady and healthy development. Modern enterprise management system required enterprise establish the management system as "Clear property rights, well defined power and responsibility, separation of enterprise from administration, scientific management". Performance appraisal is an important content of enterprise human resource management. Establish the performance appraisal system conforming to the development of enterprise is an important way to improve the management level and establish scientific management. ZLVC is a wholly state-owned enterprises, was established by Yinchuan Municipal People’s Government. As the financing institutions for the government to support the small and medium-sized enterprise development. The company Have16employees, the average age is36years old, more than85%have a university and bachelor degree or above, it is with a wealth of management experience and innovative talent team. As the continuous development of the company, many of the problems existing in the performance appraisal system start unceasingly exposed. The company need to develop new appraisal program urgently to ensure that fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees, and improve the level of scientific development. Based on ZLVC staff performance appraisal system, This artical has a research on the general principles of performance evaluation and the staff performance appraisal methods, analysis of the existing performance appraisal system of the status quo, and finds out the problems existing in the performance appraisal system, according to the principle of feasibility and practicability, combining qualitative and quantitative, using the performance evaluation methods such as method of key indicators,360-degree evaluation method, rebuild the performance appraisal system frameworks for the ZLVC, and put forward the performance appraisal method combined with the actual implementation of safeguard measures, hopes to provides some usefully Suggestions and guidance for ZLVC staff performance appraisal.
