With the deepening of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,are facing the fierce competition.State-owned enterprises want to develop,must pay attention to talent management,strengthen the management of the enterprise performance.At present,performance examine as the important part of performance management,get the higher and higher attention of state-owned enterprises.How to formulate effective performance,establish scientific performance examine system,make the action of performance examine implemented,has become the priority of state-owned enterprise among leaders at all levels.This article takes GK company?s performance examine as the research object,and carries the company?s present situation on the detailed analysis.Analysis shows that GK company has a set of performance examine system,but the assessment index and evaluation methods are not specific enough,the evaluation results is out of the proper use.The author makes a survey about the employees? satisfaction degree with the current performance appraisal system.Combined with the concept,principle and methodology,analyzes the root causes of the low employee satisfaction.First of all,talking about the measurement,the enterprise strategic target has been broken down into piece and sent to every post,but the whole company uses the unified evaluation index system,no specific appraisal indicators according to the functions of different departments and different positions.Secondly,in terms of the evaluation of performance results,the present appraisal methods will result in injustices because of different preference easily and cannot assess work reaction in fact.The evaluation source is not enough so that staffs did not play a good role in the performance appraisal.Last,about the feedback of performance results,the results only be taken as the basis of checking salaries,fail to fully play the role of performance appraisal.Employees? career development is still not guaranteed,and the result is not fully used.In order to study optimization for GK company?s performance appraisal system,the author tries experimenting with combinations of theory and the investigation,makes full use of modern advanced enterprise performance appraisal methods,and observes the basic principles of optimizing the performance appraisal.Objective analysis and solve the problems existing in the current system.This paper focuses on the set of all departments performance indicators,designs evaluation index according to the functions of different departments responsibility targeted.What?s more,increase the source of grading,comprehensive opinions and make more fair and objective evaluation score,take fully application of evaluation results of the performance appraisal,talk to employees about their work according to the result of examination and help them improve work ability,optimize the allocation of staff.By optimizing and designing GK company performance evaluation system,this paper improves the current situation that the evaluation system can?t reflect the employees? working conditions.On the basis,it designs a set of detailed and quantified system to evaluate employee performance,matching employees? performance and enterprise?s overall performance,that can promote the enterprise internal unity and strive to achieve the performance goal.Optimizing evaluation system and strengthening the talent team,which can provide powerful security for GK company to adapt to the new situation of reform of state-owned enterprises,so that it can build a provincial state-owned capital management platform and an industry investment and financing platform with specialization,marketization and standardization,as well as a national first-class provincial state-owned enterprise with specific operation,advanced culture,professional and efficient.
