Research On Comprehensive Performance Appraisal Of Supply Chain Strategic Alliance Based On BSC

The strategic alliance of supply chain is defined in a supply chain between enterprises to form the partners, resources, ability and their core competence can be used together, so as to obtain the enterprise in the design, manufacturing, products or services provided on a common interest, the League maximum benefits. At home and abroad because of the strategic alliance of supply chain performance is still in the initial stage, therefore, restricted the development of strategic alliance of supply chain.At present, our research about the strategic alliance of supply chain performance evaluation is still at the exploratory stage, the correlation data research and comprehensive performance evaluation of strategic alliance of supply chain, collaborative theory, strategic management theory, game theory and transaction cost theory, characteristics of comprehensive performance evaluation of supply chain strategic alliance is analyzed in detail, found that the comprehensive performance of most existing supply chain strategic alliance evaluation model of performance evaluation of enterprises only pay attention to the neglect of the union to consider, in view of this, the comprehensive performance of the strategic alliance of Supply Chain Based on the evaluation of the status quo, the Balanced Scorecard as the cornerstone, the index design, by using hierarchical analysis and determination of the strategic alliance of supply chain quality fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, constructs the comprehensive performance evaluation model of supply chain strategic alliance, strategic alliance of supply chain and the formation of the Fujian XF Footwear Company Limited and NIKE as an example, carries on the analysis to the case, put forward the countermeasure about potential problems, countermeasures and development of supply chain strategic alliance in China at the end of this paper.
