In the increasingly competitive environment,if an enterprise wants to make itself invincible,it should make a correct strategic positioning to determine the strategic objectives and adopt the corresponding strategic implementation.The key to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises is to form and maintain the core competitive advantage of enterprises.The management of enterprises should provide services for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.The formation and maintenance of core competitive advantage is not determined by single factor but by various driving factors.Therefore,the various driving factors that affect the success of enterprise operation should be fully reflected in the performance evaluation system.Balanced scorecard is an effective method of performance evaluation,which considers the key indicators that drive the realization of strategic objectives from four aspects.At the same time,its implementation process is consistent with the process of enterprise strategic management,and it is also a strategic management system.Therefore,the rational application of balanced scorecard can improve the level of enterprise management and promote the achievement of enterprise strategic objectives.Nowadays,with the further adjusting of the global chemical fiber industry,developed countries,such as the Europe,the U.S.and Japan,have begun to abandon conventional chemical fibers and commence to show strong competitive power in the field of high technology and high added value products.Fiber and material with high technology,high performance and high functional is the commanding elevation of science and technology which today's fiber industries are fighting for.The new international competition situation urgently requires Chinese chemical fiber industries to grasp the opportunities,take the challenges,and finally turn to sustainable development.As one of the important enterprises in China's chemical fiber manufacturing industry,F Company is also a high-tech enterprise.It should shoulder its mission,improve its independent innovation ability,enhance its scientific and technological strength and brand strength,and become a strong competitor in the international market.Based on the analysis of the present situation of performance evaluation of F Company and the requirement of strategic development of F Company,this paper constructs the strategic performance evaluation system of F Company based on the Balanced Scorecard on the basis of the gradual decomposition of strategic objectives of F Company,and puts forward the implementation of related work,application of results and implementation guarantee,hoping to achieve the goal of improving the performance level of employees and teams,enhancing the international competitiveness of F Company,and achieving the strategic objectives.At the same time,the paper also integrates the characteristics of high-tech manufacturing enterprises in the index design of performance appraisal system of F company.It is hoped that this paper can be used as a reference for other related manufacturing enterprises to construct a scientific performance appraisal system.In the end,this paper summarizes the main work and research conclusions of the paper,and expounds the lack of research,hoping to further improve the performance appraisal system and the application of the system in F company.
