The deepening of global economic integration impelled China’s enterprises have gradually to participate in the international competition. The hotel industry is one of China’s earliest international industries, taking example by the management mode and management experience of foreign hotel group made domestic hotel group has the advantage of backwardness. With the rapid development of world tourism industry and China strengthen external exchange, China’s hotel industry have a good development environment for international operation. In recent years, due to the rapid development of domestic hotel, fierce competition become between hotel group and hotel group. In add, international hotel group expand in China to speed up, hotel group’s pressure of competition is from inside and outside two aspects. Hotel group also has certain itself limitation in the internationalization process, so there are still a lot of problems needs to be solved urgently in the process of internationalization for domestic hotel group.This paper adopts the literature analysis, combining empirical research and qualitative research, combining theoretical research and countermeasure research method to do the research. First of all, collection and analysis the related literature, this paper introduces the definition and features of hotel group, hotel group international connotation and indicator, and the integrated use of international foundation theory, enterprise internationalization gradually theory, developing countries international management theory. Secondly, analyzes the motivation factors of hotel group international operate, including the pursuit of economies of scale, market expansion, decentralized management in risk, obtain shell resource, comparative advantage spillover five intrinsic motivation and global economic integration, policy motivation, international of manufacturing industry’s promotion three external reason. And then analysis and judgment our country hotel group international business situation, and analyzes five problems in the international process:capital operation, talents, brand, management mode, network marketing. Then according to five problems, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and put forward the hotel group international security measures from the eyes of government. The Jinjiang international group as an example for empirical research, elaborates the Jinjiang group enterprise background and the internationalization process, and detailed analysis its internationalization strategy. The paper as our country international hotel group a whole to study, argue on the basis of the existing theory and practice, it is advantageous to understand the development of our country hotel group more comprehensive, and also enrich the theory of the internationalization of the hotel industry. At the same time through the empirical research of Jinjiang international group, provide reference and guidance for the domestic hotel group to develop strategies adjust measures to local conditions; there is certain practical significance to enhance our hotel group comprehensive competitiveness in the international market and occupy the global market rapidly.
