Research On The Development Of Agricultural Productive Services In Hunan Province

China's agricultural development is under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,so the process of agricultural modernization has entered a particularly important period.But at present,there are still many problems in the agricultural management of our country: the efficiency of agricultural production has been difficult to break through the bottleneck;the overall income of farmers is difficult to continue to improve;the pace of agricultural industrialization is very slow.Agricultural productive service industry can not only promote service concentration,but also expand the scale of operation,which can solve many difficult problems in agricultural production,and has a positive role in promoting the transformation of modern agriculture.Therefore,the development of agricultural productive service industry plays an important role in promoting agricultural modernization in Hunan Province.In recent years,the agricultural policy promulgated by Hunan Provincial Government has greatly helped to develop agricultural productive service industry,which is conducive to further refine the division of agricultural industry.Hence,the agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province has developed at a high speed,but there are still many problems in the process of development.It is necessary to further accelerate the process of agricultural modernization in Hunan Province and to further improve the agricultural productive capacity of Hunan Province.Research on the development of service industry has important practical significance.Starting from the theoretical and empirical aspects,this paper first defines the concept of agricultural productive service industry and expounds the development characteristics and mode of agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province.Secondly,it combs and summarizes the current situation of agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province,and makes an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the development of agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province.Finally,it analyses Hunan Province.The problems existing in the development of agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province are discussed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development of agricultural productive service in Hunan Province are put forward.The following conclusions can be drawn from this study: Firstly,the development of agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province is characterized by the gradual expansion of service areas,diversification of service organizational structure and continuous strengthening of service professionalism.There are four development modes of agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province: public agricultural service mode led by government departments;paid social service led by agricultural cooperatives.Model: Leading enterprises focus on the service mode of scientific research field,which usually focuses on the relatively high?end scientific research field;service mode based on the agricultural market.Secondly,the development of agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the gross output value of agricultural productive service industry is increasing,the proportion of expenditure on agricultural productive service industry is increasing,and the investment in agricultural productive service industry is increasing year by year.Thirdly,based on the relevant data of 2008?2017,this paper establishes a multiple linear regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the development of agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province.The results show that the input level of agricultural fixed assets,transportation capacity,informatization level,economic development level,industrialization level and government support level in Hunan Province are significant for agricultural productive clothing in Hunan Province.There is a significant positive correlation between business development.Fourthly,the Countermeasures of developing agricultural productive service industry in Hunan Province are put forward: improving transportation capacity,improving rural logistics system;improving economic development level and creating good conditions;increasing policy support and encouraging system innovation;increasing the proportion of input in agricultural productive service industry and improving internal structure.
