In the process of rapidly change of the city, the development of The Subway Transportation is not only been made the best use of underground space resource but also solving the urban problems, such as release urban traffic pressure. In the meanwhile, the development of subway transportation also brings the integrated exploitation of commercial activities inside and around the subway station. Though, the metro commerce brings the developers with enormous profit, the conflict in risk management follows. While the construction of subway transportation at a great speed, in the premise of ensured the subway in normal operation and kept the commercial value being created, how to reduce the risk of subway commercial development is particularly obvious and important. Therefore, the risk assessment of subway commercial development is a issue which worthy of being discuss and study deeply.Extension of the study in this paper according to the development trend of urban underground space, development and research actuality of Metro Commerce, launched the research on the development of risk identification and evaluation methods. Firstly, with reading relevant literatures internal and external and data of the Metro Commerce were development characteristics of risk analysis. the Metro Commerce were project SWOT analysis, put forward the main contradictions in the process of subway commercial development,based on this extension analysis method was used to analyze the risk in the process of subway commercial development, such as correlation analysis, inclusion analysis, conjugate analysis. Secondly, the underlines the risk of the influence of subway commercial development risk of macro risk factors, business environment risk Correlation degree of risk, financial risk, operational risk, management risk and other risks are analyzed, the method of frequency statistics method and double guidelines will be used to establish seven layer reference, 18 indicators layer composed of subway commercial development evaluation system, and use the AHP method to fix the index weight coefficient. Then, using the extension superiority evaluation method to determine the classical domain, using the method of calculating the correlation function to determine evaluation grade of the domain to be evaluated matter element and to build subway commercial development risk evaluation model. Finally, taking Qingdao Baoer station metro commerce as an example, ranking the development grade of risk by risk analysis and calculation, and providing suggestions on the development risk, so as to proving the practicability of the extension theory in the risk assessment of Metro business development.This paper aims to analysis of risk factors for influencing the development of Metro commerce, and by extension theory of project existence risk level analysis, provide an effective quantitative basis for scientific decision and Metro business development risk reasonably circumvent provides the reference suggestion.
