Research Of The Performance Evaluation On Agricultural Enterprises Based On Extension Superiority Evaluation Method

As agriculture is the basis of the national economy and plays a very important role, agricultural enterprises have thus been given more social expectations. A scientific, reasonable and objective assessment on the agricultural enterprises will bring a permanent healthy development to agriculture.From the angle of the assessment on the agricultural enterprises’performance, and based on the Economics, Management and the basic theories of agricultural enterprises, the current situation and trend of the agricultural enterprises are analyzed with the Extension theory. Then the influence factors on agricultural enterprises’ performance are to be founded and the index system of the assessment of agricultural enterprises are built. Thus the assessment model of agricultural enterprises is established and a case is applied to get the level of agricultural enterprises’ performance in China.(1)combined with the theories of agricultural enterprises and its performance assessment, agricultural enterprises and the performance are defined. General system theory, Stakeholder theory, Contingency theory and the important theory-Extension Superiority Evaluation are introduced, which provide the basis for the assessment model.(2) the analysis on the current situation and influence factors of agricultural enterprises’ performance offer the guidance for the index system of the agricultural enterprises’ performance. The principles and methodology of the agricultural enterprises’ performance are analyzed. Thus the assessment system of agricultural enterprises’ performance is established by way of analyzing financial indicators and non-financial indicators which are comprised of the assessment system.(3)the assessment model of the agricultural enterprises’ performance is built. The assessment model is the method to carry out the performance assessment of agricultural enterprises and related to the objective and reasonable result of the assessment. The index system, the model, and the case-W enterprise are analyzed and the result is put forth. (4) On the basis of the assessment model, the measures to improve the performance of agricultural enterprises are put forth, which provides the suggestions for how to improve agricultural enterprises’performance.The research enriches and perfects the theories of agricultural enterprises’ management, which provides the theories and decisions of the evaluation on agricultural enterprises’performance and operation.
