The developed countries have been putting forward the import collection productcarbon tariffs. Our country is a big exporter whose exporter is one of three carriagesof GDP. But now,include transportation, most of the products is high carbon productsin our country. Carbon tariffs collection on China’s export industry is undoubtedlyunfavorable factors.First of all, transportation industry itself high carbon content will be adverselyaffected when face of other countries collecting tariff. On the other hand, otherproducts also pay carbon tariffs because of high carbon content themselves and theirexport must through transportation. The transportation also need pay tariffs and mustbe reflect in the transportation cost that will affect the development of thetransportation industry.At the same time, carbon tariff will put more pressure on our country for the taskthe energy conservation and emission reduction in the world.The developed countries have being put forward the carbon tariffs of importerproduct. Based on estimates of carbon emissions of transportation industry, this paperestablishes a CGE model to analysis the influence of carbon tariffs collection toChinese transportation industry trade and other macro economic indicators fromtheoretical and empirical. In this model, the author simulate the effect of5%carbontariffs from five aspects, found that carbon makes the negative effects in export,domestic consumption, GDP and income. In the end, this paper puts forward thecorresponding suggestion for the transportation and others carbon tariffs collectionproblem..
