The Current Situtation，Problems, And Solutions Of Agriculture Informationization In Luoyang City

With the economic development and social progress, agricultureinformationization inject new vitality into the development of agriculture. Structureadjustment of China’s agricultural and rural development, agricultural productiontransformation and upgrading, must take advantage of modern information technology.Choose the small and medium-sized cities in China’s central and western provinces assubjects, analyze the current situation and problems of the development of agriculturalinformation, and to offer constructive suggestion，it is of great significance forspeeding up the pace of modernization in rural areas, promoting local rural economicand social development, and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.Luoyang City is located in the western of agriculture and populous provinces–Henan provinces. Due to the constraints of the natural environment, geographicallocation, economic base, and other factors, the large-scale agricultural production andthe degree of agriculture industrialization is not high, the development of the ruraleconomy is slowly, and the level of income of the farmers is low. In order to developmodern agriculture and accelerate agricultural and rural development of economy ofLuoyang city, the government of Luoyang city must increase the intensity of theconstruction and accelerate the pace of construction of agricultural informationization.We choose the agricultural informationization of Luoyang city as a subjective tostudy. Through analyse the current situation of agricultural informationizationconstruction of Luoyang city, we found some problems that exist in the agriculturalinformationization construction of Luoyang city.1.The government-led role play is notenough.2. Agricultural information service system is not perfect, imperfect serviceand higher costs.3. Lack of agricultural information technology and service personnel. 4. The proportion of the rural population is high and cultural quality of farmers is nothigh.Above absorbing the experience of agriculture informationizaiton from home andabroad, we put forward eight suggestions of accelerating the development ofagricultural information in Luoyang City.1. Strengthen the main role of all levels of government in the construction ofagricultural informationization.2. Accelerate the construction of agricultural informationization infrastructure inLuoyang city.3. Strengthen integration of agricultural information resources.4. Emphasis the construction of information technology of last mile.5. Accelerate the construction of agricultural information safeguards of Luoyangcity.6. Accelerate educate agricultural information personnel.7. Provide the diversified agricultural information service model.8. Enhance awareness of Luoyang city farmers on agricultural information.
