The solution to the fundamental problemlies in agriculture modernization of agriculture， the development of modernagriculture is to solve the inevitable choice of rural issues and is the only choice.Agricultural information， as an important symbol of modern agriculture and thefuture direction of development， nature is the primary objective of the developmentof modern agriculture， accelerate agricultural economy dominated by agricultureunderdeveloped areas of information technology is to achieve leap-forwarddevelopment of agriculture and the premise guaranteed.
